We do accept international orders, but any fees or customs related issues are at the expense of the customer. Any delays in shipping due to customs or incorrect shipping information will be at the customer’s expense.
DO YOU SHIP TO PO BOXES?
Yes, we do through USPS. If the address and PO Box shows up in the USPS shipping database, we will be able to ship to you.
DO YOU SHIP TO HAWAII, ALASKA, AND PUERTO RICO?

HOW DO I USE A PROMO/COUPON CODE?

WHAT IS A PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION HOLD FOR AN ONLINE ORDER?
When an order is placed, your issuing bank will place a temporary hold to reserve funds equivalent to your pending purchase amount. This hold will be released automatically once your order has shipped, and payment is authorized. For more information about the authorization hold time frame, we recommend contacting your bank or credit card company.
WHAT OCCURS TO THE PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION HOLD IF MY ORDER IS CANCELED?

DAMAGED AND DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
When your GRRGRRLCOSMETICS.COM order arrives, please inspect the package for any damage or defects. It is normal for the shipping package to show some wear, however, if you think a product in your shipment is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately using our contact form or email us at GrrGrrlCosmetics@gmail.com. Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for fastest service. To ensure prompt resolution, please keep the original shipping package and the damaged or defective product for inspection. If, after having examined the product, we confirm that it is damaged or defective, we will provide you instructions for returning the damaged or defective product to us at our expense and issue a refund or exchange. Your original shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. However, any replacement for a damaged or defective product will be shipped to you free of charge.

We currently do not mail out samples by request. If you are a Makeup Professional then please sign up under our Pros page and we can send you some samples once you register.
I CANNOT FIND MY FAVORITE GRR GRRL COSMETICS PRODUCT ANYMORE. WHY IS THAT?
